In the Middle Ages, taking care of the body was no longer the most important thing; a strong perfume to mask body odour had higher priority. Fortunately, this has changed again today.
We have been trying to meet the needs of our customers since 1939. In all these years we have tried to fulfil the new needs of our customers. From essential oils, soap flakes, solid soaps, hair sprays, lemon balm wine, to detergents, we have been able to meet some of people's needs in the areas of cosmetics, household and cleaning products.
However, not only the products, but also the distribution channels have developed strongly and ever faster over the years. This has also given rise to new needs and trends. Today you can buy everything online. Of course, we are also represented on this channel.Not so long ago, our sales staff visited customers at home with suitcases, lots of test products and information.
Another sales channel was added with the telephone. We advised our customers over the phone and sold them the products they wanted. Call centres tend to have negative connotations and nobody wants annoying advertising calls. That's why we are clearly no longer part of this trend. However, there are still customers who need to be called.
We want to continue to fulfil the needs of our customers and continue to sell by telephone to existing customers. We will call you in the desired cycle or at the desired time, but we are also ready to listen if a customer wants to call us themselves.
So, telephone sales? Yes, of course. We're keeping up the trend of advising customers in person, that's something we need.
