General terms and conditions
1. delivery and shipping costs within Switzerland
Delivery is by post within one week of receipt of order. We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany. You currently pay CHF 7.55 per order for packaging and shipping. This amount is waived for online orders of CHF 150 or more. You will not incur any further costs beyond this. Defective goods will be taken back.
1.1 Payments
Blidor AG delivers on account (without cash on delivery) in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The payment period is 30 days net from the invoice date. Other possible means of payment for Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany are VISA, Mastercard, TWINT and American Express.
1.2 Prices
The prices indicated are gross prices in Swiss francs including VAT. We reserve the right to make changes at any time. We are not liable for inadvertently incorrect price markings or product descriptions.
1.3 Right of return
Blidor AG guarantees you a 14-day right of return after receipt of the goods. This applies to all items that are undamaged and unopened in the original packaging. Send returns together with the invoice to: Blidor AG, Customer Service, Blegistrasse 23, 6340 Baar. The postage costs are at your expense. Any further liability is excluded.

4. quality guarantee
Blidor AG is certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485:2012 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The products are manufactured in accordance with GMP specifications. The quality of the products is subject to continuous monitoring. Should you nevertheless be dissatisfied with one of our products, please contact our customer service (kundendienst@blidor.ch).

6. our payment methods

7. deliveries outside Switzerland
Deliveries of our products outside Switzerland are made exclusively by prepayment.
8 Jurisdiction and choice of law
The place of jurisdiction for all matters is Zug, ZG. In the case of a consumer, there is a choice between the court of the domicile or the court of Blidor AG. These General Terms and Conditions as well as all deliveries are fully subject to Swiss substantive law.
