Have you ever wondered how these contents actually get into the container? That is extremely interesting! We would be happy to take you on a little tour through our contract filling.<\/p>

It all starts with the recipe. Here, the composition of various substances is determined and tested as desired. Equally important is the definition of the container in which the finished liquid is to be filled and the quantity. The order is placed!<\/p>

All the necessary materials and substances are now organised via the person in charge of purchasing.\u00a0<\/p>

Using the information from the recipe, our chemist can produce the ordered amount of bulk in large mixing equipment on the first floor. After completion, this liquid is fed through a piping system to the filling plant on the ground floor to be filled into the empty container.<\/p>

This requires a lot of intuition and know-how from our specialists, who precisely adjust the machine for the respective empty container and provide the corresponding packaging and consumables.<\/p>

Then it starts! Four empty containers are filled with the same amount of liquid at the same time. Then the cap is placed on the container and sealed automatically. The conveyor belt conveys the sealed containers to the labeller, where the containers are given their final appearance. After this process step, the finished products are packed in outer cartons and prepared for shipping.<\/p>

The entire process is accompanied by our quality management system to ensure the highest standards of quality.<\/p>

Of course, there are many nuances in this process, depending on what the client wants.<\/p>

The products reach the shelf in the shop via logistics and fine distribution.<\/p>
